The Add a Message to a Panel vocabulary template allows institutions to dynamically display messages in the Messages panel, based off the account in context in the based on criteria set within a Presentation rule.
To begin authoring that adds messages to a panel, navigate to System Management > Collections > Rules Management, and click to open Rules Manager. Create a new rule using the Presentation category and Person.Account entity.
When authoring the Then Statement, select the " Add a Message to a Panel" action template. Upon selecting this template, the following vocabulary populates in the Definition tab:
